Doublet

For Caturday, we used Lunapic to artify a recent photo of Manny and Chili Bruce snuggling inside The Hubby's coat, tossed upon a chair; Do-fade filter.

There is something very special about Da Boyz when they appear as if one cat with two heads, or have too many limbs, or more ears than normal.

We often pick up a paw or follow a tailio, to figure out who is who, and which body part belongs to whom.

While researching synonyms for 'twin', I found the term doublet: a pair of like things; couple.

Our two are so very, very special.

Becoming Cats

The Hubby and I are getting lots of rest.

Guess we are acting like cats, with excellent examples to emulate:

Chili Bruce and Manny (showing his 'underwear').

Sweetie, almost always in her heated Sweetie Spa beddy.

The weather has been dreary, so no looking out the windows to wish we could go outside and play!

Thanks to all for the get well messages; we are improving.

Nurse

Well, my first positive Covid test.

Thankfully, we did NOT attend our family Christmas meal; I thought it was allergies, but The Hubby's symptoms were suspicious (intestinal woes, coughing, sneezing, heavy chest, headache).

Didn't test until yesterday.

Have such an attentive nurse cat, who thoughtfully puts her posterior in my face as I rest.

Yep, thankful for Sweetie's helpfulness.

My symptoms: stuffy nose, lethargy.

Oh my goodness, guess I'll read a book...or five.📚

Edit: Sweetie continues to claim my body as her purrsonal sleeping spot; I wake up with her sprawled across me.❤️

However, I work Monday through Thursday only this week, then the office is closed Friday through Monday, 1 January.
