November 1 is National Authors Day
and
 World Vegan Day.
I recommend Jonathan Edward Durham's book "Winterset Hollow"; it's a sort of sci-fi, fantasy, locked-room mystery, but on an island.
Living the plant-based life.
I love to read, and I love to eat.
Authors are amazing humans, with characters and stories in their heads.
The Hubby and I have been vegan for decades, and there is more food available in stores and at restaurants now than ever before.
Since it's Caturday, here is a collage of Manny yawning which has nothing to do with authors or food.
I used several Prisma filters, then made the collage in Google.

ReplyDeleteCats as likable villains, I can see that.
ReplyDeleteHappy World Vegan day! I've been vegan for years, too. Better for my health.
Yawning cats are contagious ... now I've started ... can't claim to even be vegetarian, but haven't had meat in like forever ... feel better for doing that small thing.
ReplyDeleteMum is vegan too. I'm not of course!
ReplyDeletePlant-based writing: I write on paper; does that count?
ReplyDeleteLove the Manny art!
ReplyDeleteNice Manny art. Thanks for the puzzle. XO
ReplyDeleteWe love that art of Manny. Happy World Vegan Day!
ReplyDeleteOur oldest son is vegan, I am sort of vegetarian, and hubby is an outright omnivore! When son comes over, as like for Thanksgiving, then I try to make most of the meal vegan.
