Paddy O'Malley was hiding in a corner this morning; he'd had some serious bouts of diarrhea overnight.
He couldn't walk straight, having a wobble to his head, and he was breathing very, very hard.
Thankfully, our veterinarian's office found a way to get him into their schedule immediately.
The radiograph above shows that his lungs were full of stuff when there should have only been air, and there is a round lump.
No infection or reaction to meds caused this.
This is cancer, and there was no way back for him.
We let him run to The Rainbow Bridge.
My Paddy O!, my boyfriend, my ❤️ cat!
The Hubby and I devastated.
Was preparing a post to show how well he and Sweetie were getting along, and how all day yesterday, while in the jury box supposed to be concentrating on the evidence, I kept thinking about how lucky I was to be able to go home to his purrs and the tiny squeak he makes when asking for some snuggles.
Will be offline for awhile, as we try to adjust to a world that doesn't have Paddy O'Malley in it anymore.
Farewell, Angel Paddy!
You taught us how to love, and we received your love in return.
