Chucky is an unbelievably good boy!! Clearly he loves his dad too. We love our mom but none of us would ever tolerate sitting still for longer than a second for a pawdicure.
those are great photos!! The only time I ever hear Amarula hiss is when I do her nails (Frodo and Zulu just bear it quietly!) but they all get treats when they are done!
What a great photo series! We need someone like your male human to come trim our nails. It looks like he's really good at it. Nobody here makes it look anywhere near that easy.

Awwww....love the paw pads! I trim my cat's claws every three weeks and he does get a hug afterwards. He doesn't like it but tolerates it. However, clipping is much better than declawing in my view, so this is what I do. Lovely photos, beautiful cat.
Aw. That's the same position I use for our gang too. Though usually no one wants a hug afterward (they do get a treat though!)
