Rockin' Mexico!

September 16 is Independence Day for Mexico.

¡Viva México!


Also, September 16 is National Collect Rocks Day.

Taken at Lake St. Clair Metropark, Michigan, and NO I did not collect these, just took a pic of some nice rocks at the water's edge.
Two cuties brought back from my May 2025 trip to Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

    I love finding pretty rocks and stones. I have one the shape of a perfect potato. And I have one the shape of a flat heart. The ones you brought back are very colorful.

    Lovely stone collection ~ for awhile people were leaving painting rocks on the boulevard~ I painted quite a few and left them there for people to take ~ it was fun ~ hugs,

    Mexico is amazing, we went once.

    Collecting rocks can be fun, especially the ones that are really odd shaped.
