Manny LURVs to be on top of the refrigerator.
He will often run into the kitchen to jump up, knowing that I cannot get him (am too short), and that The Hubby just melts at the overwhelming cute and leaves him alone.
However, this is a ruse.
Manny waits for us to forget about him, then stealthily nips onto the counter to nibble at the basil plant, or paw open a cabinet to investigate the pots and pans inside.

ReplyDeleteImogen likes to get up on top of the cupboards above the refrigerator; she has to jump on the counters (where cats are not allowed) to do it. She is so swift that I can't remonstrate with her about being where she shouldn't, before she is where she should...
