  1. Happy 4th of july. We only hope the noise here isn't too bad but we know what's coming.

  3. I sometimes wonder why I was blessed to be born in the United States, and during such a prosperous time. ~shakes head~ Be well, my dear, and thanks for the giggles.

  5. Its about an hour to dusk, and after that the boomers will be starting here, We can hear the big ones from the airport which is about 8 miles from here...and not to mention the fireworks in our own village park. I think Benji will hid behind pawppy's recliner and Dalton will want to snuggle behind me on the desk chair.

    Happy Independence Day!

  6. I am grateful for Independence Day but not for the booms, especially late into the night when I have to get up early for work tomorrow.

I pray you have a blessed and beautiful Independence Day.

  7. Great Post for independance Day! And I gotta say it was Terrible Boom Nightmare Day for Nutmeg. When the fireworks started on Canada Day, she turned into Velcro Dog! She was totally glued to me and shivered the whole time! It tokk about 1/2 an hour after they were over before she calmed down. Poor baby dog. Love the sway you got from 15 and Meowing! And we hope Manny heals up quickly (and CB too, dentals are not fun).
    Keep being AWESOME!
