The cold and snow have kept me housebound, which limited my 'hood walking, while increasing my appetite for ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE.
Being vegan, this means I've glutted myself on pistachios, apples, and sandwiches.
A few sillies on that note:

But not one piece of food loaned her any money, just sayin'. |

Hogwash! Owls are a lot more calories than that, c'mon now! |

Even the lone pea is miffed. |

Not easy peas-y... |
Found the cat in the peas but had to click to enlarge the picture.
ReplyDeleteMrs H definitely agrees about the 400cal of veggies. And all those owls are bound to cause some sort of upset stomach, wind rustling and copious amounts hoots, MOL
ReplyDeleteHave a fun filled week!
ERin
I know what you mean about the weather. Thank goodness we are experiencing our February fall starting today. I'm like you, more vegetables and fruit better. Even though we do eat meat two or three times a week.
ReplyDeleteFound the cat - but only after biggifying the picture.
ReplyDeleteThe possibility that there are swords in the stomach is hard to swallow...
ReplyDeleteGROAN!
DeleteAgreed! LOL I did find the tiny kitty face hidden within the peas but only after clicking on the image to enlarge it. lol As for owls, they can't have all that many calories because they're mostly feathers. ;P
Deletesteamed vegetables, MOL!!!

DeleteThese are cute!
ReplyDeleteI found the cat pea too! Those steamed vegetables really look like they are!
ReplyDeleteWe found the cat in the peas, but that was tough!
ReplyDeleteI think I see the cat but what do I know?
ReplyDeleteWe found the kitty too....those were funny. Our son is a vegan, too...I tend to be omnivore, with leanings towards being vegetarian. ( I eat a lot of meatless meals...but then, LOL!)
ReplyDeleteMeezers Mews and I are somewhat alike in dining. Though my meat eating is close to none unless I'm out. Than chicken, or the occasional hamburger.
ReplyDeletePistachios and apples sound great. I was totally vegan for years, and try to stay as close to it as I can now I'm working, it's a bit harder. No meat though, it's been over 20 years and it would probably make me ill.
ReplyDeleteLoved the funnies and especially the comments under them.
