The First Saturday in May is World Labyrinth Day!
Learn more here at The Labyrinth Society.
Have always wanted to walk a labyrinth, but not one inside a place of worship, rather one outside in Mother Nature.
Not a labyrinth cartoon, but close enough...

It's Caturday!
Had this funny pic of Henry, looking at me like I'm wacko, so I used by Prisma app and artified it four ways, then made a collage.

Henry Update:
Henry seems to avoid any food bowl that I've mixed the powered B12 or probiotics in.
He's sneaky!
Lay awake thinking of how to get the powder-filled capsules into him, as they are big and dry, seeming a harsh thing, and what if it gets stuck?
Friday AM, I tried something new by rolling all the powder from a capsule into pill pocket goo, then tossing it down Henry's hatch along with his regular med glob.
I'm sneaky!

Crossing my fingers that the pill pocket works for you. I just started using vitamin B12 on precious yesterday. She likes her Temptations puree so well that it worked just crushing it with her allergy pill and stirring it all up together. It didn't have any flavor because I chewed one. One of our four local colleges where I live has an outside Labyrinth and occasionally when I ride the bicycle path high above and look down I see a person walking but not often.
ReplyDeleteCute!
ReplyDeleteOutwitting cats is not easy. ~nods~ Well done! Thanks for the giggles; I think the lab mice is my favorite one. ~giggle~ Henry looks extra cute with his ears like that. We call it 'binking', and if the ears snap right back they are 'binkable'. lol Be well!
ReplyDeleteHenry, you need your B12 dude. Don't mess with Mama!!!
ReplyDeleteGotta outsmart em sometimes!
ReplyDeleteGlad you found a way to get the meds into Henry. Pretty art- thanks for the puzzle. XO
ReplyDeleteCan you add something to his food that appeals more than the medicine repels? Fish? Sardines? Tuna water? And why on Earth is there a World Labyrinth Day?
ReplyDeleteJohn, adding meds to food is always dicey; it's rarely worked for any of our cats. I did it because pilling cats scared me to death. However, I have learned from Henry and don't fear pilling him anymore.
