Pet Pixels

April 11 is National Pet Day, to appreciate our pets and raise awareness about animals in need of adoption.

Adopt, Don't Shop.

For today's Caturday artified image, we have Da Boyz snuggled up while napping, then I pixelated it on Lunapic.

Click on the image to enjoy a jigsaw puzzle.

Unfortunately, I've had to change comments to this blog to 'always moderate'.

So annoying!

Maybe they'll give up after awhile...well, I can hope.  🤨

Henry Update:

He's holding his own.

On Tuesday, he was at 1 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest.

Friday, I'd rate him at 6.5, but the force is strong in Henry!

Cannot imagine how I'd handle this if I was working full-time still, and you know what?

My old team has been called back into the office, rather than working remotely.

Glad to be off of that merry-go-round, but it's fun to meet up for lunch with my former co-workers to catch up once in awhile.

Let's Hop!

    1. John, Henry was at the vet on Monday, and I stopped what the ER vet instructed, and went with our normal vet's med amounts. After Tuesday, I went back to the ER vet's amounts, and Henry rebounded. Last night and this morning, he's back to not eating, despite what he's getting. Am hoping he gets the munchies today.

  2. Happy National Pet Day. I have also had those annoying spam comments on both my blogs too. At one time Blogger used to mark them as spam and you could delete them on Dashboard without them being published. I don't know why they stopped.

    1. That's what I was referring to yesterday when I got the 9 spams...all blogs...blogger used to do just as you said. That was the end of it. Not now!

    2. Over the years, I've gotten a sprinkling of spam comments, but this recent barrage has me mad. Then again, Blogger is free, so I'll roll with the punches for awhile.

  3. Interesting that after all these years your previous company wants the employees back under one roof. And it turned out for Henry that having you retired when you did was a good thing. He has needed you to take care of him for sure.

    1. Seems backwards, doesn't it, to make employees come back, but because the large automakers have done the same, then automotive suppliers will follow along.

  4. Henry I am deeply sorry to learn that about how you are. Mom is going backward as she missed yesterday until a few minutes ago. PLEASE try the B12...please.

    1. He received a B12 shot at the vet on Monday this week; we'll discuss getting him on a regular rotation with them, or pills.

  5. The pixellation is excellent.

I’m glad Henry is doing better and good for you, getting off of the crazy train before it got even crazier.

The website that used to sponsor National Pet Day is no longer working, but we can still celebrate, right?

  9. Once you get used to working from home it would be hard to go back into the office. Our kitties need us at home!

  10. We're 2 days/week in the office at my work. I will be really sad if we ever go back more than that.

Henry, we're sending love and lots of good energy your way. We sure hope you can start having some consistent 10s. XO
