Am a fan, and appreciate that he takes on difficult roles.
Haven't seen all of his films, but the ones that I will rewatch again are:

Right now in theaters in the U.S. and maybe elsewhere, is Toy Story 5, with Tom voicing Sheriff Woody, and comedian Tim Allen (who grew up in Metro Detroit like me*) as Buzz Lightyear.

I always liked Tom Hanks movies. If you've never seen Splash you should it's funny with Daryl Hannah. He's made some great ones. It seems to me that CB carries off that hat quite nicely. And definitely when you're retired be sure to enjoy every moment.

Bravo to Mr. Hanks, not only a premiere actor but a good person in so many ways, caring and giving of his time and fame when and where it is needed. Would there were more like him in our world.

ReplyDeleteHe is a great actor. One of my favorites of his was Splash. I started watching Toy Story 5 with my great-nephew and he got bored so now I don't know what happened.
