Thanks for the giggles. None of our cats have been allowed on the counter tops and never attempted to go up there. One day we came home and saw pawprints and suspected Eric because Flynn was the "good boy", and Eric would do what he wanted to do and take no notice of anyone. Another time we came home and there was Eric sound asleep in the sun on the counter top. He did have the decency to look guilty, but that was only because he had been caught out. We know he continued to do it when we weren't home but made sure never to get caught again.
