National Cat Day!

10/29 is National Cat Day, raising awareness in America for cat adoptions!

Today, I post images of more 'hood cats; some I know, others seen only once.

I love them all!

Happy national Cat Day! We know all the cats in our hood! Almost every house on our street has a cat (or 2) and it seems that almost everyone of them comes to our backyard everyday! I love walking the dog and seeing them, they make my heart sing.

I love all of your hood cats. And love that first video, his scratchy little meow.

We love that there are so many cats in your neighborhood. Our neighbor cats moved away because their mom sold the place. :-(

Oh, how lovely to have neighborhood kitties. Interesting that many of they seem to be distant cousins of MINE....these tuxies get around! Love the little video and was she adopted? She looks hungry, poor little daring.

We have far fewer strays and feral catsin our area, certainly most if not all I see at night have homes to share. Still, folks should still be aware and celebrate and help us.

What a lot of cats! The last picture shows the luckiest, inside as the twilight descends. It looks like you caught the one on the car about to pounce on the one under it...
