It's Twozday!
Manny is our focus today, as the bald areas over his eyes make him look like he's worried.
First reported this on Siblings Day in April.
Just chillin'
Pensive
This is where Manny hides from CB.
We've discovered that Manny no longer has any eyebrow whiskers; you know, the one's that stick up from a cat's head.
A quick internet search says this isn't unusual, and that they will grow back.
Due to Manny's appearance, it's much easier for the humans to tell the two cats apart.
However, if his bald spots disappear and his eyebrows reappear, we'll be happy all the same.
Ellie has sparse fur there, too (even before chemo). I wonder if it's a black cat thing.
ReplyDeleteThis simply makes him extremely unique. They're both quite handsome but this is an oddity isn't it. He makes me smile when I see his face.
ReplyDeleteThose brows give him a cute look! Does he rub his face? They look too symmetrical for that though.
ReplyDeleteMaybe CB is overgrooming him?
ReplyDeleteLet's hope they return shortly. He's handsome.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and week. Scritches to the kitties. ♥

ReplyDeleteWhat a doll baby. And thanks for that interesting information. I never knew that an entire group of whiskers might all be gone at the same time. Best wishes!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Chili Bruce is barbering Manny, it can be a sign of dominance.
ReplyDeleteHe is still a cutie. :)
ReplyDeleteHe is mighty handsome, no matter what!
ReplyDeleteWe think Manny looks handsome both ways. But paws crossed his brows grow back. XO
ReplyDeleteI can sympathize. I have a resting sad face.
ReplyDeleteDid the whiskers take the eyebrows when they left? Poor Manny...
ReplyDeleteHe is still so adorable! He reminds me of a stray cat that used to hang around our office a few years ago. We used to leave out a small bowl of food for it until he trusted us enough to approach us. I don't know what happened to him, but we had a special bond that I'm sure you have with Manny. Thanks so much for sharing!
