June 25 is World Beatles Day!
This band was an integral part of my youth; the music, the albums, their movies.
I even saw Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band film in 1978 SEVERAL TIMES at the theater; it starred The Bee Gees, Peter Frampton, Earth, Wind & Fire, Aerosmith, and handfuls of other music stars, but had really nothing to do with The Beatles themselves.
FYI, the film was not well received, except by teenagers like me.

Some meme's for your Beatles amusement today:
DO'H!
A "Young Frankenstein" joke.

My siblings and I made up dances to go with every song on the Sgt. Pepper's album, and I am thankful for the fond memories.

Henry Update:
On Tuesday, June 23, Henry's second chemo pill was administered.
No outward changes in any of his habits, for which I am grateful.
Other than a couple of seriously stinky litter box events.
๐
Next chemo pill: July 7.
Next vet visit: July 10.

Let's Hop!

I'm sure you're way too young to have seen them make their introduction on The Ed Sullivan show. My father watched that program faithfully and when they showed up on it he about had a heart attack. I was in the second or third grade of a Catholic school.
