Cuties

The following cuties were seen as I tramped 'round:
The first three cats are unknown to me.

The last image of the floofy black cat is Nightfury, and she seems to have snuck outside.

Love their faces, especially that ginger cutie.

They seem to be saying, "Oh!  You can see me?  I'm over here trying to blend into the garden, but you are talking to me, making smoochie noises, and taking pics...what's up with that?!?"

I tell every single one: "Come on over to my place, and you'll really get the royal treatment!"

More Gifts

I removed my post for today, to share more 'hood gifts from this morning's walk

Although we are not experiencing the incredible heat as other parts of the world are, it's warm enough to avoid the afternoon and early evening.

When I can, I walk early, say around 8 or 9 am, then again after 7 pm.

Obviously, more kitties are out in the morning!

Note about the kittens:

A neighbor claims to practise TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return), and I offer to assist her with traps and the cost of neutering.

And yet, there always seems to be another batch of kittens.

I've been working with her for years, hoping she will allow me to help her, or to give me permission to trap all of the strays that she feeds to get them fixed.

So far, no luck.

However, if you know anything about me, I do NOT give up, especially when cats are involved.

Up Close and Far Away

You can tell when I've made friends with a 'hood cat; I can snap an up close image.

The shy ones are only captured from a distance.
Nightfury
My neighbor's sorta friendly ferals
June Bug
Stray, who ran away so fast!
Sneakers
We see this bent-eared cat here and there; he gets meals on a neighbor's front porch.

We love them all!

Kittyland

Before the snowstorm hit, some local kitties were caught by my camera.

Unknown Miller Street kitty, and first time spotted!
Some cat was out, leaving pawprints in the new snow on our front walk.
Hope this kitty has a warm place to shelter during the coming arctic blast.
