Looking Around

This week at Eastside Cats has been a series of holidays (term used loosely), and next week will be the same.

Da Boyz and Henry are well, as are The Hubby and I, despite the new snowfall and frigid temps.

Cannot walk in the neighborhood or nearby parks for exercise when it's icy, but I do get out in the world often enough to snap photos of stuff that I find interesting.

Listen to the snow; we hear it seldomly.

Toad Ya

So grateful for discovering more new friends while traveling through my neighborhood.
A new window kitty!
Two White-tailed Deer, roaming around.
An American Toad on the sidewalk.
Video of a second American Toad, who I persuaded to get out of the center of the street.

Eastside Cats is only a couple of blocks from our city's downtown, so I'm always amazed when I encounter so many critters.

Have been walking in the early morning, when there isn't much sun but usually high humidity, and again around sunset.

Let's Hop!
