Snow and Cold

It's PO'Monday!

It's gotten cold here, and although we've had some snow, thankfully the sidewalks are clear.

The PO'M was in his element in Winter, I'd always believed.

Today's images are from 2014, about this same time of year, and with the same type of weather.
Didn't he look fine?

Change

It's PO'Monday!

The weather swings wildly at this time of year: frost, warmth, storms, wind, sun, and clouds.

The images below are from 2018, and about this same time of year.

Paddy's fur coloring matched very well with Mother Nature!
Frosty maple leaf.
Whiskery!
Pawprints in the frost.
Ahh, warm sunshine!
Note:

Excuse me for being a bit scarce here and there; am hoping things will settle soon.

While Walking Through The 'Hood One Day...

...I was taken by surprise, by a sweet kitty napping in the garden that I was passing by!

I didn't want to wake her up, but I was astounded to see her asleep in the sunshine!

I've seen this kitty around this area before, so I know she has an owner.

Good thing, because last night we had a severe snow storm, with high winds, and dangerously dropping temperatures.

The Polar Vortex will be hanging around for days and days, so yesterday...when I spied this sweet sleeping kitty...was the last non-snow day we will have for awhile.

Brrrrrrr!

Stay warm, my friends!

Variations On A Theme

Even when overcast, this old chair next to a south-facing window, is a favorite napping locale for Da Boyz.

I cannot help but snap photos, to capture their body positions, and how the light plays with their fur.

And that's my coat underneath; I think it's theirs now!
