Therefore, on a long weekend with very warm...dare I say HOT?...temperatures, I've been sweeping and straightening up, using both hands on the broom. You see, running fans to cool us can cause all sorts of things to fly around!
Let's see if you can tell which floor I've been working on, shall we?

Answer: Exhibit A and Hint A belong to Angel's Apartment, where the tumblefurs are white, or greyish. Exhibit B and Hint B are from Da Boyz's Floor, and the image is one of four dustpans FULL of black tumblefurs.

Monday, May 28, 2018 is America's day to honor
those who sacrificed their lives for our country.
My heart goes out their families and loved ones,
who carry pride and sorrow in their hearts.
We remember these fallen people,
on Memorial Day...and every day.

Happy Memorial Day! We're very glad your hand is progressing well.
ReplyDeleteWe're glad your hand is getting better. Don't overdo it though. That's a whole lotta fur! Maybe you could make something out of it. ;)
ReplyDeleteWe figured the light furs were Angels and the boys are black ;)
ReplyDeleteThat would also be a lot of furs for the fan to blow around too!
Glad your hand(pinkie) is doing so well.

Yikes! The fur must be flying in your house.
ReplyDeleteLovely Memorial Day sentiment.
Good news about the splint, but don't over-do the work.
ReplyDeleteAs for sweeping, while I like spring and will tolerate summer, they bring with them the direct illumination of the sun in the evenings, and that means every hair, stationary and floating, in the cosy apartment gets a spotlight. Sweeping, dusting and even vacuuming seems simply to mean a re-arrangement of cat-hair. Sigh.
We brushed three cats over the weekend and let's just say the birds had a lot of nesting material.
ReplyDeleteI love that last photo
ReplyDeleteWe're glad to hear you're healing well. We hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteHaha, love the exhibits!
ReplyDeleteI think all cats need their claws. It is the only way they have to defend themselves. Have a blessed week.
