April 23 is National Talk Like Shakespeare Day, Dragon Remembrance Day, and World Book Day!
And maybe something else, but I've run out of space.
How 'bout Shakespeare quotes about dragons for your entertainment, and then a dragon reading a book?
O serpent heart, hid with a flowering face!
Did ever dragon keep so fair a cave?
~ Romeo and Juliet, Act III, Scene 2
Come not between the dragon and his wrath.
~ King Lear, Act I, Scene 1
This Marcius is grown from man to dragon: he has wings; he’s more than a creeping thing.
~ Coriolanus, Act V, Scene 4
What a terrific day!

ReplyDeleteHenry, you are delighting your pawrents by eating! And we're keeping up with the POTP at our end.
Love the funnies!
ReplyDeleteWell done Henry, keep eating! His eyes are looking good and bright, and I hope he continues to improve.
He is a mighty handsome boy and he is brave to take all this medicine. You're brave to give it to him. I'm afraid Shakespeare never fit between my ears, lol.
ReplyDeleteHenry so glad you are better ~ reading Shakespeare ~ Wow ~ fun too ~ Hugs ^_^

ReplyDeleteSo glad Henry is eating ! Purrayers continuing !
ReplyDeleteNever knew there was a talk like Shakespeare day. Glad Henry is eating…and hoping he continues to do so. He looks good!
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy Shakespeare’s works, although I haven’t gotten to go see any plays this year so far. The university generally does one each year, they are timeless.
ReplyDeleteWhile dragons are great in theory, I’m not so sure I want to meet one, especially before breakfast.
Lots of prayers continue for Henry.
Henry is looking sharp and alert, in good health! He looks like he could take on a dragon by himself.
