Tea Spot

"National Tea Day was founded by The Tea Group in 2015.

Their goal was to establish a special day just for tea, bringing together a community to enjoy tea and to unite the tea lovers of Great Britain."

April 21 is the birthdate of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Now, I know there are plenty of folks in the UK who do NOT drink tea, and that this is stereotype; we mean no harm.

I LURV tea, even had a tea cup tattooed on my skin...twice.

Hope you enjoy some giggles:

Henry Update:

His intestines are inflamed, and have thick walls.

Lymphoma, or Irritable Bowel Disease, or a few other illnesses?

Our goal is to get him to a place where he can eat and wants to eat.

Then to keep him comfortable.

His new meds:

Mirtazapine: appetite stimulant
Metronidazole: antibiotic
Prednisolone: steroid
Proviable: probiotic
Cerenia: anti-nausea
Cobalequin: B12

HIX received another B12 shot, a Cerenia jab, and sub-q fluids.

You all have been hanging on with us, and we so appreciate your love.

❤️❤️❤️

  3. Henry certainly has been through a lot the last 2 months or so. So sorry that he needs so many medications. Here he comes in the house to be so safe with you and he is, and then this has to happen. And yes I am strictly a tea drinker, love it every morning and every afternoon.

  12. Oh no, poor little guy. He's so lucky to have you taking care of him. Today would've been the Queen's 100th! Tea is ok but I'm a coffee drinker :)

    1. Thanks, and sometimes, nothing BUT a coffee will do, but 98% of the time it's Irish Breakfast, Earl Grey, or Green Tea for me.

  16. I love my tea. That is a lot of medicine for poor Henry. Are there any side-effects from any of it? (Maybe a nice cup of tea would help him...)
