Things you may not know about Chili:
-The Hubby has worked hard and long to get CB comfortable with being held like a baby.
-Chili often naps on my kitchen chair, while Manny uses The Hubby's.
-Chili Bruce rare walks away from any cat food that he's offered, and he licks his bowl clean EVERY MEAL.
-Chili loves to lick the remnants of raw almond butter, oil, or salad dressing from his human's dinnerware, and has munched on cooked broccoli and cauliflower.
-If a human is supine on the futon, CB will climb onto your chest. He'll nap there, but beware if there is a noise or some activity that makes him launch off in a split-second, usually with claws out. OOF!

I love it when a cat licks his bowl clean. When that happens, I usually give a little bit more - or hold back a bit of the usual amount and give that. But launching with the claws out? Brazil has done that with me more than once...
