Henry health update:
Henry is doing well, despite the loose stool he had a few days ago.
AND we will never ever ever ever NOT give him his appetite stimulant, 'cause he goes from 90 mph in slurping his food to nothing, zero eating in the blink of an eye.
And my heart cannot take when he doesn't eat.
The veterinarian says it's okay to continue the appetite stimulant and the anti-nausea meds indefinitely, so they remain in the rotation.
Chemo pill #5 of 10 total will be administered this Tuesday.

It is a shame that Henry doesn't have a normal appetite so that you don't have to continue the stimulant. But the good news is it works and he eats well then.

Oh goodness, it sure looks like Henry's gobbling up those noggin scritches! We hope Henry gets better soon. I keep mom and dad on their toes with my health since I'm supposedly a senior. I say they're worrywarts.

ReplyDeleteThat's very strange how he will eat nothing without his stimulant. Usually, it influences the appetite for a while after it's ceased to be given. Henry is his own cat.
