Wild

It's PO'Monday!

Celestial Paddy O'Malley's tabby coat blended well into the wilds of the backyard.
Using tree roots to sharpen his nails.
Investigating the neighbor's fallen tree.
Sussing out tender grass to chew.
PO'M was able to blend into the scenery.

From May, 2017.

He lived a long time, and enjoyed fostering his kittens, and he'll be sorely missed.

Holmes, Watson & Russell

Last week, Catscue Blog introduced three foster kittens:

Their names are Holmes, Watson, and Russell.

For those of us who are fans of the Laurie R. King's Mary Russell series, these three names mean an awful lot!

In my glee with Catscue's using the names of some of my favorite literary characters, I linked the post to The Beekeeper's Apprentices Facebook page, where fans of Laurie R. King and Mary Russell congregate.

And the author herself left Catscue a comment!

Woo Hoo, what fun, and I am so thankful for Catscue's tireless efforts to help cats.

Am thankful for the friends that I've found via both blogging AND through Facebook, and for world-renowned authors who make a person's day by engaging with fans.

PO'M Week: Day 2

Tuesday: Proof that The PO'M doesn't want to come inside yet.

He used to step in a few feet, but nowadays, if I open any door to him, he runs off.

As if that will deter my intention to coax him inside!

Three Tiny Tabbies

I've been following a quiet cat foster blogger for awhile.

Such adorable photos!

Here are her current fosters:

Vanilla Bean

Jelly Bean

Coco Bean, mama

Chip
These images are from Three Tiny Tabbies Blog

Someday, I will foster, probably after I retire, or win the lottery, or strike gold...

I am so very thankful for folks who foster, like Three Tiny Tabbies, Catscue, I Have Three CatsRandom FelinesTails from the Foster Kittens, and so many more!

This is impawtant work, and I am humbled by those who foster and TNR.
