Neighbor Cat and Flowers

While on a walk in the 'hood, I came upon this friendly fellow, who loved chin scritches and belly rubs!  I know he lives down the street, and he was basking in the last of the day's sunshine when I strode up.  I must discover his name!  Before I left him, I cautioned him carefully about crossing the street.

Some of our tulips are tuliping!  How great it that?  Maybe Old Man Winter has finally checked out for the season?  I'm not putting the snow shovel away yet...just in case.

  1. Yay for tulips, ours haven't bloomed yet. We don't go outside, so no streets for us to cross.

    1. I bet you watch a lot of Bird TV at the windows! More birdies to watch these days, isn't that great?

  2. How nice! Here's to hoping winter is gone.

Handsome boy, too. But aren't all cats irresistible?

    1. William, that's something the hubby tells me all the time..."you love every cat!" Well, I have very discerning taste...and kittys are the flavor I really like! Wheee!

  3. Your neighbor kitty is so cute! And sure sounds friendly :-) Good thing you cautioned him about crossing the street. Your tuliping tulips are very pretty. Looks like they are getting ready to open up. I hope Old Man Winter won't come back! Have a happy weekend xoxo

    1. I will have to post with the photos of all our neighborhood cats; I love cats and I also love to take photos of cats! I worry when they travel across streets, and I pray the drivers will be careful.

  4. I am ALWAYS forced to listen to the lecture about "the road" every time I leaves the house...mummy is SUCH a worrier!! Those tulips are crying out for a kitty to roll around in them... ;o)
