Da Man, Sly! |
Paddy is my 💖cat! |
This morning, the president of my company had an online town hall meeting.
While no information provided was earth-shaking, we all know changes are coming.
My brain is calm, but my heart is thumping and I'm feeling nervous.
Sweetie gave me head-butts during the conference call.
Manny is currently sleeping at my feet.
Chili Bruce provided the sweetest meows, which make my heart melt.
Sly, my half-way 'round boyfriend, simply wouldn't allow me to walk past without much love and purring.
The PO'M, climbed into my lap, and provided his warmth and love.
I am beyond thankful for the cats in my life.
Despite these troubled times, they will receive 1,000% of everything that I can provide for them!

It sure is a tough and scary time but at least you absolutely know you can count on your kitties to give you love and comfort. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteMy anxiety is through the roof lately. Cats and exercise help me. One day at a time. . .
ReplyDeleteTwo nice looking kitties. I ♥ all things cats.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Thankful Thursday. ♥
I am so sorry about the state of things in our country. Each morning when I wake up I think it was a nightmare. How in the world did this land of plenty get in such a state with essential everyday necessities. Sending hugs

It's very scary. As an anxiety sufferer already, I am panicking a lot from this situation but Athena keeps me calm, as well as yoga and herbal tea (and chocolate!)
ReplyDeleteHugs and purrs xx
Athena and Marie
It is a scary time. The stress of this virus on top of not feeling like any employment is secure is just too much sometimes. Thank goodness for kitties!
ReplyDeleteIt is we pussycats that will get us through these times. Hugs for all of you.
ReplyDeleteI meant to say, "get our humans through these hard times" of course. Winks.
ReplyDeleteIt is a very scary time not knowing what is coming next. Whoever would have thought less than a month ago that life would now be like this.
ReplyDeletePurrs for you. This is such a scary time. It makes us all the more thankful for our fur babies!
ReplyDeleteWishing you and your feline family the best!
ReplyDeleteThey give us the most pure of love.
ReplyDeleteGlad you have all these cuties to comfort you. XO
ReplyDeleteCats are a wonder. I hope that your family will not be negatively impacted by any job related situations.
ReplyDeleteI AMEN Ceclia's comment! Butts, I am so glads that we have our furries to keep us grounded and loved and settled. Gives everyone a slobbery kiss from me.....or pet BOL!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
Cats are steady in uncertain times. Might take our humans nine lives to get through it.
ReplyDeleteMy work is in a similar position - they have told us changes are coming so we all have our fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteSending lots of good thoughts your way.
I hope there won't be bad news. The cats seem to think everything will be ok.
ReplyDeleteWe pray your pay checks don't get disrupted.
ReplyDeleteOh , your cats know when you need them most!!!! Im hoping the concerns at your employment are not as bad as They think. I hope you keep your job!!!!!! and your friends too
ReplyDeleteIt is troubled times indeed. Hopefully, you'll come through this okay.
ReplyDeleteI'm sending lots of purrs your way. <3
ReplyDeleteSly looks so much like a manly stone statue! Dad says everyday how crazy these times are. He and mom have been walking every day- careful to keep their distance though they encounter few others- and reading and sunning out on the deck. Dad's fortunate so far in that even with alternating weeks off he's still getting paid, although he's afraid that any day now the notice is going to come that it won't continue. Very scary times.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very challenging time but kitties are always here for us giving us comfort and peace. Purrs xo
ReplyDeleteYes, so happy to have our cats in these scary and troubling times!
ReplyDeleteOh, best wishes. And take care.
ReplyDeleteThings are hurting everywhere, but I keep hoping it will by-pass most people. Good luck to everyone there.
ReplyDeleteCats are always very supportive. I have no idea what would I do without my fur friends...
