A certain media site has banned my Eastside Cats Blog posts.
We don't know why someone would have reported it for being 'abusive'.
From what I've read and researched, I have no recourse, and must wait out our jail time.
They've removed all blog posts that I've ever linked on my page.
In addition, I cannot use my IG account either, without first removing my Eastside Cats Blog link.

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I'm so sorry I'd be having a serious hissy fit. Techie stuff drives me to behave like a steppford wife. FB lives in a reverse universe than normal people. I have never had FB account.

I've not been in jail yet, but I try to make sure I don't do anything bad. I don't think they really see what's bad and what's not sometimes.

ReplyDeleteLike most people and groups who have a taste of unchallenged authority, Facebook likes to flex its muscles arbitrarily now and then. It makes them feel important and they can boast of community standards - as long as no one inquires too closely into what they may be.

ReplyDeleteIt seems like FB is just going around putting people in jail randomly because I can't imagine why you would be in jail--and IG too! I hate FB, maybe they're just trying to make us leave, and I might be happy if I did that.
ReplyDeleteIt has happened to others and there is no rhyme or reason for it. I don't think someone reported it as abusive...just FB being arbitrary.

That is totally ridiculous. I find it impossible t believe anyone would do that. I read over and over they do that and I think it's just a form of harassing! I notice it's always when they put their blogs on F. That's the reason I guess that they do it. Stinks!

ReplyDeleteI hate the anonymity. I get it in cases where a person's life might be in danger for speaking up - but any other case, and I have to wonder about the person's motivation and why they are hiding behind anonymity. Or is it just cat hating nonsense?

Other than staying in touch with his children what the **** would he ever want to share so much for?! But let's not overlook the real star of this post. Sweetie is one gorgeous tough cookie, and deserves the spotlight.
