Peppy and All About Animals Rescue

Folks, I am so very thankful for All About Animals Rescue.

When I began on my TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) odyssey with George, then Hobo, etc., I couldn't have done it without the TNR training that I received, and the low cost spay/neuter clinic that AAAR provides.

Over the years, I've volunteered with AAAR, and carry a stack of their cards with me to pass along to anyone interested.

From AAAR:
"A quarter of a million cats and dogs were fixed at All About Animals Rescue since forming in 2005.
34,106 pets were sterilized in 2019.
The rescue subsidizes about 42% of these patients each year."

Earlier this week, I visited AAAR, and met up with Peppy.

Peppy is currently being fostered, and looking for his furrever home.
He's a young guy, full of energy and cattitude!
His foster thinks Peppy would do best as an only cat.
If interested, please contact AAAR, and share if you can.

AND....

Spay-Tacular, is Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial!

I've volunteered at the 2018 and 2019 Spay-Taculars, and will again this year.  I enjoy meeting other animal-loving folks, and am considering wearing my floral cat ears this year. 😺

  3. We think you are Wonderpurr for all you do for the homeless strays. Our mom is all about rescue and TNR too. In fact right now she is observing a stray that has been hanging around our home for a few weeks. The kitty is pretty wild, and shows signs of being aggressive. At one point Mom thought he was a she, and pregnant! But now she thinks she's a he and just getting a lot of food to round out his tummy. A live trap needs to be set to capture, but it's a timing issue. We send pawprayers for Peppy finding a forever home!
