Postcard: Important Motorcade

A postcard from my recent trip to University of Chicago, in Illinois.

Day 4: Witnessing Vice President Kamala Harris's motorcade in downtown Chicago.

Could be a once-in-a-lifetime encounter.

Well...there were two limousines with American flags, so the highest-ranked woman in the country just drove past us...but WHAT THE HEY!

Cool as heck; we were jazzed.

Despite current political insanity in the United States political system, I am extremely grateful for this unexpected sighting.

  7. Our human would be stoked too! Reminded Mom of the time she was stuck in traffic as the Queen of England's Limo and entourage of 4 motorcycles and a back up limo drove by (and she was waving)! We were so sad to read about Cleo. She was a super lady cat. And Thanks for visiting us. We are stoked that Mom has some time to spend on and with us! We hope you have a marvellous weekend! 11. I was surprised at how much space there was between the vehicles; enough room for someone to run across the street between cars. An interesting sighting.
