We don't use the term 'pet' 'round here; our cats are family members!
Let's Hop!
I am totally with you. No "pets" here - just fuzzy best friends and family members! <3
ReplyDeleteYes indeed, they are important parts of our family here too. Like extra children with 4 legs! Love em to bits!
ReplyDeleteYour second caption says it all. I use the word pet when I talk to people about having a cat. Simply because a lot of people that I run into even if they own a dog don't understand. They think their dog is their child but they don't necessarily think that cats are anything.
ReplyDeleteCertainly not, of course they are highly loved family members.
ReplyDeleteYou're absolutely right...we are family members!
ReplyDeleteI agree ~ my doggie is my family for sure ~ sweet photos ~ hugs,
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days ~

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful post! You can just see the love in your family, I never get tired of seeing that.
ReplyDeleteYour philosophy is spot on. ~nods~ We heard so-called experts talk about when humans civilized cats on a video just today. How absurd is that? They civilized humans and we are forever grateful to serve our furry masters.
ReplyDeleteYes, those are purrfect and family they are indeed! Thanks for joining Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteSame here, my pets are my kids. I love that shot of you and PO'M. XO
ReplyDeleteThey are a wonderful part of our home and our life.
ReplyDeleteI am not a pet I am the boss
