Paris Cats!

My niece is on a month-long internship in Paris!
My sister and her husband flew over for a visit, and while they were there, I received photos of cats from their travels!

💗😻💗

Seriously, I am so lucky to have family members who think about me while they are off having a great time!

Pierre-Auguste Renoir:
Julie Manet, also known as Child with Cat
Detail from an Henri Rousseau artwork
Pierre Bonnard: The White Cat
"La déesse chatte Bastet"
Tapestry detail
Ancient cat mummies and statues
Majestic lion!
The Blue Cat Chocolatier...yum...!
And some images of just the usual stuff one sees in Paris...

Arc de Triomphe
Notre-Dame de Paris
Eiffel Tower
Fingers are crossed that my niece finds employment with this company, and goes back to work in Paris, then I'll be there, sleeping on her sofa, and visiting museums, eating at cafes, and drinking coffee and wine!
O la la!  Quelle vie!

  4. I love that you include us in these pictures. Love them. WE were in Paris but only a few days to catch a MATS flight out hence, we saw but didn't have time to go to Notre Dame.

(pee ess...we highly recommend the cardboard corrugated boxes. The ones we have were made in the Detroit area but we can't remember where!)

    1. Kittyblocks! They have them at Premier Pet, but yikes, quite pricey. Maybe they'll go on sale? Thanks!

  8. How fun is that? Our mom studied French for years and now all she can say is "The pen is on the table." Oh well. She doesn't fly anyway.

  13. What wonderful art of cats by the masters. We are quite the subject to contemplate. We like that Bonard of what is surely a hissing kitty making herself as big as anything. Great insight into our deeper selves
