National Pickle Day

National Pickle Day Deals in US

I LURV PICKLES!

Any kind of pickle; I used to get pickles in my stocking from Santa!

(Actually, there was a note in my stocking, and I'd find the pickles in the refrigerator.)

Pickles, olives, sauerkraut, pickled beets, pickled garbanzo beans, pickled turnips...

YUM!

Da Boyz always, always, ALWAYS want to sniff, but they don't like pickles.

  1. Never knew that! I spit out pickles but my old woman loves them. She's a bit weird, to be honest...

  3. Momma has a 100+ year old pickle Christmas ornament from when her grandfather's family came to the USA from Germany. Of course with so many of us kittehs in the house the pickle hasn't seen the light of day in years.

  4. Love all the funnies and I love pickled almost anything. Not pickled pigsfeet, but about everything else.

Have a fabulous day and week. ♥

  6. Those were good. I didn't know it was a special day but we both had pickles with our lunch so we celebrated!

  7. Some people like pickled eggs, pickled herring, some of the things you wrote about... I prefer going to the source: pickled pickles...

  8. I mostly like only the polish styled pickles...and not even too many of those.
I have had Kimchi, which is a type of Korean pickled cabbage, but its way too spicy for me, LOL!
