Chili Bruce: "It looks like kibble!" |
Yes, yes they DO eat quinoa!
Not much, but they gave it a try.
Now you know!
(The quinoa was on a plate, which Manny pawed off the counter.
Lucky for us, quinoa doesn't cost much, so no harm done.)

Naughty little kitties. Hopefully the plate survived.

ReplyDeleteWe don't think we would eat it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pair of little imps! Of course, *we* would never have done that.

ReplyDeleteBoys...it took Mom until she was *mumble mumble coff coff mumble* years old to even try that stuff! You are BRAVE!
ReplyDeleteWell good for you two. Must have been something interesting to try. You all have a fantastic day.
ReplyDeleteSometimes ya just gotta make your own meal!
ReplyDeleteToo funny!!!
ReplyDeleteSawyer and Lisbeth love to paw everything off the counters, but never a plate with quinoa. They'd probably try it if they did; though, they prefer stealing turkey from their dad's sandwiches. Thanks for hopping along with us. ReplyDeleteTee Hee! Mom made a Quinoa Tabbouleh a few weeks back. I went nuts when Mom opened the Feta and stuck my face in the Tabbouleh. I DID eat some of the Quinoa, but I much prefer chick peas.

LOL! Our human assistant likes quinoa a lot. Not sure about Rosie, but I have sampled a few tiny bits that have fallen on the floor.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it would have tasted better if the quinoa was on a plate? I'd give it a try!
ReplyDeleteI usually don't care for the healthy stuff. I go for the bad food as it tastes better. I'm glad you gave it a try.
ReplyDeleteI linked this post to Awww Monday. Why not.
Have a purrfect day. My best to your peeps. ♥
Mom doesn't even know what "quinoa" is, so I highly doubt that I'll ever get to try it! Maybe I'll Mewgle it on the computer for her. Tee hee hee. Tummy tickles.
ReplyDeleteOur sister Tessa eats quinoa. We know because she knocked some off a plate here once, too. And she scarfed it off the floor!
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of quinoa, and my beasts couldn't enlighten me...
ReplyDeleteQuinoa is all the rage, ancient Andean grain chock full of healthy stuff. We vegans cannot get enough of it, and apparently, some cats like it too, but they may have been just trying to be nice.
Deletewell, you were eating it, it must be food..
ReplyDeleteI think my cats would've sniffed it and walked away.
ReplyDeleteWe don't even know what that is. MOL Big hugs
ReplyDeleteLuv ya'
Dezi and Raena
Haha what a mess they've made! Well, quinoa is very tasty! I think my cat Misio would eat it too! He loves to eat, he's eating everything he can find! :D
