In September, 2017, I was excited to add a cat car magnet to The Cat Car.
I posted about it here:
The Cat Car Is Official. Caren and Cody from
Cat Chat warned me about becoming a bit too eccentric, with stickers and magnets all over my ride! The Hubby too, was unhappy with one magnet, because he drives my car around once in awhile. However, I put my foot down...I wanted cat stuff on The Cat Car!

Meow magnet, purchased while at Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2017. |
Then, in November, 2017, I added two more really cool cat car magnets! I posted about them here:
Cat Are Aliens.

Each found online! |
As time has marched on, having stuff plastered all over the car has lost its appeal. Other drivers do weird things around crazy cat lady autos; they tailgate too close, they cut in front too fast, and there have been more obnoxious acts by fellow drivers than previously! When The Hubby recently removed the magnets to give The Cat Car a wash, I asked him to bring the magnets inside to attach to the refrigerator. My little old Honda is now bare, and she's going to stay that way.
Yep,
Caren and Cody...you were right!

You get to enjoy them on your fridge! !!! THat's even better
ReplyDeleteWe had no idea ! People are really stupid, arent they ?
ReplyDeleteI have TWO cat-themed decals on my back window. Because, why not?
ReplyDeleteLoud and proud cat lovers here! And how adorable is the POM?
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm surprised you removed the magnets! I just added the Meow one to mine. I wonder if I'll have the same experience with crazy drivers. ~Island Cat Mom
ReplyDeleteI can't believe people would do that! I never put stickers/magnets on my car...I prefer keeping them in the house where I can enjoy them :)
ReplyDeleteIf your magnets are in the house, at least you won't lose them.
ReplyDeleteThe fridge is the place for all things good!
ReplyDeleteLoving these so much <3
ReplyDeleteThose are just regular drivers around here, no stickers or magnets needed!
ReplyDeleteHey, we're surprised Manny hasn't learned how to lean over the edge and knock stuff off the door! (That's why we have only one magnet on our fridge.)
That’s okay. WE still all know that you’re a cat lady.
ReplyDeleteNow, are you a Crazy Cat Lady? If not, you're fine. Nobody'll notice the meow and alien Kitty as being odd. Now if your car was covered with cat stuff, that would be different.

They look good on the fridge. You wouldn't believe the comments I get with my "If you don't talk to your cats about catnip, who will?" sticker in my back window. :)
ReplyDeleteDrivers are weird creatures. Seriously. I don't know what happens to humans when they get behind the wheel, but they change into something different and not very attractive. Maybe that's why my human hates driving... and she doesn't even have any cat stuff on her car.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a car but I have been drawing some laughs when I take Parker out for walks. Maybe I should put stickers on him...
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure your cat magnets have anything to do with rude drivers. I use a lot of HBO words when I am behind the wheel and dealing with idiots!
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to put some sticker on my car, but my husband told me, that he don't want to have any stickers. We're sharing one car, so I'm not adding anything he doesn't like. And he doesn't do this too. But maybe one day, when I'll be a millionaire I'll have my own car and when I'll put a lot of purrfect stickers on it haha :D
ReplyDeleteThose magnets look great on your refrigerator :-)
ReplyDeleteOnly Tommy and the horses have stickers n our car. Then again, Tommy rides in it all the time, and the horses have been pulled by it more than once.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
Our mom has a red "Meow" magnet on her car. Now she's going to pay attention to see if people cut her off. But we live in NY, so it will be hard to tell.
ReplyDeleteMom would never go for the stuff all over the car. The fridge is fine, but never the car. Right now our fridge is plastered with photos of- and drawings by- dad's grandkids. Plus mom's grocery list, reusable notes about my feeding, etc.
ReplyDeleteYou'll probably see your magnets more often on the fridge.
ReplyDeleteWooHoo looks like Cats rule at your house inside and out
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
Really? We had no idea peeps did that kind of thing. But, we do want you to be safe. Big hugs
ReplyDeleteLuv ya'
