Thankful Thursday: Pearl

I've posted about my neighbor's floofy black cat before, here and here.  Recently, she's become quite lovey dovey with me, as I stride past on my evening walk.  With one glance, I stop, drop down onto the sidewalk, and pet and coo over her until she decides to quit.  I've adopted the name 'Pearl' for this cutie, until someone inside the house EVER tells me her name.  She climbs in and out of the house via a slightly opened window, so she's being cared for.

I am thankful that this adorable kitty allows me to love her.  I tell her  that she can come to me, two doors down, if she needs anything.  Pearl knows where I live; she watches me go in and out of the front door, and no doubt can smell the food bowls on the deck out back.

Let's Hop!

  13. What a sweetie. Hopefully she never needs you, but I'm sure she'll come by if needed. My neighbor's indoor cat got outside one day and she appeared on our back porch. I'm sure she knew she find me here. Luckily, I was home and brought her in, and then back home.
