I want to be a cat!

Sweetnesday!

While I work over a hot keyboard, Sweetie naps.

Oops, I woke her up!
Now, she's purring and kneading.
This is the view from my desk; Sweetie has it made in the shade!

On Monday, since it was a day off from work, I pretended to be a cat, and napped in the late morning, then again in the afternoon.

It was hot outside, and muggy, so other than avoiding chores, why not be a cat for a day?

  4. I've been a cat for most of this week so far. We're worn out from working on the house all week, and yesterday morning, we got our second COVID shots. Definitely a good excuse for lazing about!

  5. I'm finding I'm acting more like a cat since I've retired. I take lots of naps.
