National Napping Day

In 1999, William Anthony, a psychologist and author of "The Art of Napping", instituted National Napping Day.

William said: “We figured this would be a good day to celebrate the importance of napping because everyone is one hour more sleep-deprived than usual.

The fact is that the majority of Americans are sleep-deprived even without Daylight Saving Time."

Humans can learn from our cats!

Have a nice snooze!

  1. We think that sleep is super important, and so does our #1. She gets her eight hours most nights.

  6. Oh what a precious sight that is. My mom would be sticking her face in there (if he's let her) and smooch the fur off him.

  7. Even other cats can learn from you guys. Dani needs a lesson or two, so she doesn't sleepwalk and get hurt. You can be our Canadian friends anytime you want. Welcome to the Land of Canucks.
