The temperatures started at above freezing this day, them kept sinking, with intermittent snow showers.

When this video was taken, we were at 23 degrees F, and it would be bitterly cold by evening.

But that's using human knowledge; outside cats are incredibly adaptable, once they have regular food, water, and shelter.

We worried about them all day, every day.

Cleaning Up

Celestial Pommy and Sweetie chose to bathe at the same time on September 17, 2017, and I managed to capture them in action.

Windy Sunshine

Am pretty sure the only thing that would disturb her sleep, is the scent of fresh gushy food.

A quick report on the above product, that we crumble and mix into Queen Sweet's food.

I grabbed this off the shelf, with little hope that it would actually make a difference, however it's clear that she gets some benefit.

Did not get a free sample in order to post about the product, and only show the photo because the lid makes picking out one chew so much easier than opening a zip-style treat bag.

(Psst!  Don't tell Da Boyz that there are 'treats' in the house!)

Our Sweetie is mostly deaf, and her internal volume control doesn't appear to work anymore.

However, she knows how to nap.

Her face smashed into her beddy.

A box with a blanket next to my desk is her newest napping locale.

I tried to record her unique meow; it's like a grunt, but it's more than that.

Mama Watches Mama

It's Sweetnesday!

Our readers may not remember that she was Mama before Sweetie became her name.

Why 'Mama'?

Because she was pregnant when she first appeared in our yard.

Having been TNR'd in 2009 after her babes were born and weaned, Mama really was no longer an accurate name.

Now, she watches the world from her window perch.

Sweetie: "I'd enjoy my perch more if there wasn't a commentary going on..."

Sweetie: "Okay, if you won't quiet down, I'll just take a look-see outside!"

Small and Spicy

It's Sweetnesday!

A usual day in Sweetie's Apartment, while I continue to work remotely:

Napping in her Sweetie Spa.

Enjoying the Spring sunshine from the front window.

Voicing her displeasure at...well, am not sure what she was displeased about!

Maybe my Zoom meeting?

Sweetie is about 1/2 the size of either of Da Boyz, and she doesn't like being picked up.

She gets very spicy whenever I try, and those murder mitts snick out.

Yet, she bears no grudges; once she's been released...and my clothes are full of holes from her nails...she purrs and pretends like her catness was never grabbed.

I mean, she's so wee and cute...and feisty.
