The Monday after Daylight Saving Time begins is National Napping Day, encouraging folks to take a nap to help reset the body's sleep pattern.
Just make like a cat, eh?
In 1999, William Anthony, a psychologist and author of "The Art of Napping", instituted National Napping Day.
William said: “We figured this would be a good day to celebrate the importance of napping because everyone is one hour more sleep-deprived than usual.
The fact is that the majority of Americans are sleep-deprived even without Daylight Saving Time."
Humans can learn from our cats!
