National Black Cat Day!

 Celebrate Housepanthers!

Here's a selection of ours:

Celestial Chuck in 2009
Outside Sweetie, 2010, giving me the stare!
Chili Bruce on left, Manny is right
Taken a few weeks ago.
The Hubby and I hope to never be without a melanistic feline!

(Melanistic animals are animals with an increased amount of the dark pigment melanin in their skin, hair and feathers, etc., giving them a dark appearance.)

  5. My meowmy Annie and papa Nikolas are black kittehs, and so are my brofurs, Kopea and Kepurr. So I am proud to have black cat DNA in my petite tabby body. I also have a twin sisfur but she left years ago. Love, Dori
