Serious Series

National Mystery Series Week is celebrated on the first full week in October annually.

And oooooh...I LURV a mystery!

A partial list of my favorites:

None of these are cozy mysteries; fair warning.

And there are SO MANY MORE!

Now you see why using the library is so important to me; I'd be without funds if I had to buy all of these books, and then Manny, Chili Bruce, and Henry would be skinny.

We cannot have that, as they are our babies!

  2. I see some authors on your list that I have not tried yet. Who can go without a book? Certainly not me. Great picture dad holding one of the babies.

  7. Libraries are the best! So is the library's annual used book sale, lots of bargains.

Grandpa loves mysteries, not the cozies, the ones like this. I'll ask if there are any of these series he hasn't read, maybe get him started on a new one with a book or two for Christmas. He's so hard to shop for, this would be great!
