Post-Apo-clipse

Wow.

Just WOW!

Have witnessed partial solar eclipses, partial and total lunar eclipses, a myriad of meteorite showers, comets, and more, yet have got to say being in darkness during Monday's celestial event was incredible.

Yes, we got stuck in traffic due to road construction...going both ways...but it was worth it.

The Hubby and I returned home about 5:45 PM, just 45 minutes behind Cat Feeding Schedule, and we were NOT devoured by Da Boyz immediately upon entering the house...lucky us!
Most of my photos came out poorly; being there was the thrill.

  1. I was glad to be able to do it from home. And it was exciting. At the same time I was watching it outside I had the television on and was watching where they were at the Indy 500 race track.

  2. When I read yesterday that you 'n' hubby would drive over to Ohio to see this, my thought was "totally awesome YOU" ... and yes, still saying that the day after, in spite of traffic, etc., etc. How could one NOT do that? You go girl!

  3. Lucky you for having seen it and captured it well on video.
Oh, kitty feeding time is holy we know about that. At the moment we have a cat–sitter feeding them twice at THEIR time.
