'Tis The Season

Eastside Cats received a terrific gift.

Black cat fabric!

Love it, and it's now a sort of bedspread to match the autumnal season.
Above image grabbed from the interwebs, since my photography skills in this matter are severely lacking.

Thank you dearest sis and niece!

Sunflower Surprise!

It's PO'Monday, yet my surprise occurred on Saturday.

Cheryl English, business owner, potter, friend, fellow cat lover, and Advanced Master Gardener, stopped by for a quick perusal of The Eastside Cats' gardens and yard, and a yummy meal at a local restaurant.

Before we climbed into the car to find lunch, Cheryl surprised me with a package.

A gift, from my dear dear friend ET, made to honor Celestial Paddy O'Malley.

Note the PO'M's eyes and fur.
Ignore the human who couldn't keep her lips off of the cat.
This lovely sunflower artwork, made in the colors of PO'M!
Eyeglasses are for scale...it's HUGE!
Close up so you can see the colors.
On the back, PO'M's name and a star, to denote that he's in Heaven.

Thank you, ET!

Thank you, Cheryl!

Visit Cheryl's shop at Black Cat Pottery.

The Hubby and I haven't yet found the proper location for this beauty; we may hang it on a pole in the garden, or attach it to the house nearest to where Celestial Paddy O'Malley hung out.

The bestest kind of surprise EVER!

On The Job

I am thankful to be gainfully employed, with a terrific supervisor and teammates.

Yesterday, we completed 2-1/2 days of meetings, with folks traveling in from all parts of the globe.

I organized the hotel rooms, lunches, snacks, drinks, evening restaurant reservations, some taxi services, located electric cords for laptops, supplied pots and pots of coffee, and lots of cookies.

We exchanged photos of our pets, told stories about kids, travel, hilarious work situations, and heckled our bosses with smiling humor.

The group surprised me with a round of applause, a bouquet of flowers, and a handmade box made from semi-precious stones, in the final minutes of our convention.

The next time the team interacts, we'll be tiny rectangles on each other's monitors on some online appointment, so it was delightful to be in each other's company.

Am very glad to be working remotely again though, as home is where the cats are!

Oh yes, and The Hubby...*wink*

Shorty Cat Socks!

My dear friend CD gifted me with these sweet cat socks!  Aren't they the cutest?!?

Hula skirt kitties!

Avocado Cats
Thanks again, CD!  I love that they are shorty socks; purr-fect to wear in the summertime.

Magoo Sends A Present

Pretty!

I received a package from my darling sister, with whom I'd visited recently. Magoo, the cat that loves my BIL but also loves ME, sent me a lovely pair of cat earrings!  I know my sister addressed the package, but Magoo and I KNOW we have a 'thing'.

My handsome!
Until we meet again, darling Magoo! 😻😻😻
Thank you for the lovely earrings!
