Farewell, Felix

Born 17 May, 2011, Felix was the Senior Pest Controller at the Huddersfield Train Station in the market town in the Kirklees district in West Yorkshire, England.

Felix, female, lived at the station, and left this world without much fanfare.

Her presence is known throughout the world, however; folks follow on social media.

Felix was the subject of Kate Moore's 2017 book, "Felix: The Railway Cat"

When Bolt came along, the author penned another book, "Felix: Full Steam Ahead".

Now, Bolty is by himself, with huge paws steps to fill.

Farewell, Angel Felix; you'll never know how many human hearts you touched.

Am thankful for finding Kate Moore's books by chance at the library.

Wrote a book review in 2019 here.

Am also thankful for other UK station cats that I follow:
